poet and nonfiction writer, Nick Flynn will be reading at The Katherine Anne Porter Literary Center (my house) Friday, February 25th at 7:30pm. it’s open to the public. and, although i can’t confirm this, i’ve heard he’s swoon-worthy. come on out!

i can confirm though, that the book having the same photo cover art as my buddies’ band, “shearwater” is one of those connections that pleases me to no end.
